Sometimes, in order to be healthy we need to take a break. We can not keep going like an energizer bunny and expect to stay healthy. We need breaks. That is one reason that God said to keep Sunday holy. He knows we need to take a break and focus on him. I will be working on doing better on this goal. What do you do to relax? I like to listen to music and play with my pups.
