Whew! I ate quite a bit. How about you? I think that I will be doing a small detox from all the food that I ate. Unless it came from an animal or plant, I will be holding off on eating it. I will start tomorrow since I am heading home and need to get groceries. I just feel yucky and need to stop the processed food for a few days. How about you?
Sometimes I eat food because it is there. Other times I eat because I am stressed or sad. Any other reason besides being hungry is a bad thing. I am working on this and saying to myself before I eat, am I doing this for me or because of stressers. It is getting better but I have a ways to go. What do you struggle with?
